Minimal Waste Design
To minimize waste and increase durability, our reusable bags are assembled from one continuous piece of recycled nylon material, with the neck of the bag used to construct the carrying pouch.

Recycled Nylon
Starting with our Spring 2022 collection, all of our ripstop nylon styles are now made with 100% recycled nylon filament yarn (up from 40% recycled before). This 100% recycled nylon yarn is produced from pre-consumer waste, which saves scrap material from being landfilled — meaning every Standard Baggu is now made entirely from nylon that would otherwise go to a landfill. This also conserves petroleum resources, and reduces greenhouse gas emissions.

Recycled Packaging
Standard Baggu packaging is made from FSC-certified 100% recycled paper stock, with non-plastic eco-friendly coatings that are fully recyclable. The mailers we use to ship our orders are made in the US from 100% recycled paper and are fully recyclable.

Please let us know within 7 days upon receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. 

To initiate a return you can contact us at thegirls@thinkalikestore.com. If your return meets the above requirements we will send you instructions on how to proceed. Items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note return shipping costs are at the buyers expense.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and amend your order. We will try our best to replace or repair faulty items, or failing that issue a full refund.

Damages as a result of normal wear and tear or not following care instructions will not be deemed faulty.

 


Exceptions / non-returnable items 
We do not accept returns on sale items or custom/made to order pieces. Unfortunately for hygiene reasons earrings, lingerie, swimwear and hair accessories will also not be accepted. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.

Items purchased using Afterpay as a payment method are exchange or credit note only- no refunds. 

Exchanges 

If you wish to make an exchange please email us at thegirls@thinkalikestore.com so we can place your desired item aside until your return arrives. Please note you have strictly 7 days to initiate the exchange and 7 days for it to be returned to us in new unworn/unused condition. Return shipping costs are at the buyers expense. If your initial order was eligible for free shipping the exchanged item will be sent at no cost to the buyer.

 

Refunds 

We do not offer refunds on Sale products, but would gladly exchange or offer a store credit.

Final Sale items are just that, no refunds, exchanges or store credit.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some ti
me for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Delivery process

This item will be delivered by Australia Post unless otherwise stated.

 

Your item will usually be shipped by the next business day at the latest.

 

Standard delivery is a fast and cost effective shipping method that delivers direct to your front door, mailbox, front entrance, foyer, reception or other ground floor parcel receiving location.

 

Standard delivery will usually occur Monday to Friday (8am to 6pm) but could occur outside of these hours during peak periods.
