Always supervise burning candles and keep them away from walls and curtains. To fit candles securely melt the bottom of the candle into the holder and push the candle in the holder to fuse straight
Please let us know within 7 days upon receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return meets the above requirements we will send you instructions on how to proceed. Items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note return shipping costs are at the buyers expense.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and amend your order. We will try our best to replace or repair faulty items, or failing that issue a full refund.
Damages as a result of normal wear and tear or not following care instructions will not be deemed faulty.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on sale items or custom/made to order pieces. Unfortunately for hygiene reasons earrings, lingerie, swimwear and hair accessories will also not be accepted. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.
If you wish to make an exchange please email us at email@example.com so we can place your desired item aside until your return arrives. Please note you have strictly 7 days to initiate the exchange and 7 days for it to be returned to us in new unworn/unused condition. Return shipping costs are at the buyers expense. If your initial order was eligible for free shipping the exchanged item will be sent at no cost to the buyer.
We do not offer refunds on Sale products, but would gladly exchange or offer a store credit.
Final Sale items are just that, no refunds, exchanges or store credit.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
This item will be delivered by Australia Post unless otherwise stated.
Your item will usually be shipped the next business day unless you have have chosen a made to order piece. Made to order items take between 4-10 business days to ship.
Standard delivery is a fast and cost effective shipping method that delivers direct to your front door, mailbox, front entrance, foyer, reception or other ground floor parcel receiving location.
Standard delivery will usually occur Monday to Friday (8am to 6pm) but could occur outside of these hours during peak periods.
